Grief and Loss

Grief is universal but also so very personal.
We each have our own experience and yet a common one too, we feel we can relate and yet we also feel it is our own to feel and at times feel nobody could ever understand.
Bravery is needed to feel grief, such a common feeling and yet we need to be brave.
Loss can come in many forms, the loss of a loved one, pet or job. Loss can be the loss of self, if we experience a trauma at times we can feel we have lost a poart of our selves that once was confident or able.
Loss can be associated with age, time, things,and also loss of what we may have dreamt for ourselves or others.
